REPORT TO:Sales Support Manager 


JOB TYPE: Full-time




Focused and unsurpassed service to both internal and external customers in support of the sales manager and the company, including provision of product information, education, recommendations and quotes; customer file maintenance, account service, problem resolution and contract preparation and management assistance; production job stewardship through graphics, production and shipping; and compliance with gaming authority notification requirements. The sales support representative is also responsible for team participation and support of team members; and identification of process problems and issues, as well as solutions.




  •  Provision of Product Information.Provide product and service information, answer questions, prepare quotations and otherwise assist existing and potential customers in a timely and polite manner.
  • Customer file maintenance and account service.Open and maintain customer order records. Prepare accurate and timely contractual and shipping documents as required for each order, ensure contract signature and return, and assist the contracts coordinator with contract management. Clarify, record, resolve and follow-up on customer product or service problems and complaints. Enter customer credits.
  • Production order and shipping stewardship.Enter concise and correct internal orders for artwork, production and shipping and oversee progress to ensure timely shipment of the correct product. Create shipping documentation for international freight. Coordinate logistics from factory to destination for goods purchased from manufacturing partners, including shipping arrangements and documentation and customer coordination.
  • Sales manager support.Act as liaison with the customer on behalf of the sales manager and the company, and with internal team members on behalf of the sales manager. Assist the sales manager with all aspects of customer service, including samples, sales materials, order picking and information. Review customer payment accounts and assist the sales manager with customer contact to maintain current payment.
  • Production job stewardship.Provide accurate and timely order documentation and information to internal team members, including job order entry and shipping documentation. Maintain and review the order production schedule and oversee order progress.
  • Gaming authority notification compliance.Provide required product and shipment notification to selected gaming authorities and notify management of issues.
  • Team participation and support.Provide accurate, complete and helpful information to team members. Act as liaison between the customer and other teams. Assist team members with orders and other customer needs. Foster courtesy, helpfulness and teambuilding with internal team members.


EQUIPMENT OPERATED:Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:Position is in a manufacturing/plant printing environment. Activities include sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending and lifting.




  •  Requires high school education or equivalent with continued education (in lieu of experience).
  • Associates degree or higher, preferred


  •    1 to 2 years relevant experience preferred (in lieu of education).




  •   Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience producing high quality reports, presentations and other documents.


  • Strong work ethic, punctuality and dependability.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Reliable employee that can work independently.
  • Organized and possesses high level of administrative ability to effectively manage paperwork.


  • Able to use standard office equipment, computer software and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.
  • Able to perform additional duties as needed.
  • Able to sit for a long period of time.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.


  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and sit for long periods of time.
  • Required to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop and use hands and fingers to grasp and feel.
  • Required to lift to 5lbs. occasionally, 1 lbs. frequently.
  • Vision requirements include peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus with frequent computer usage.


 Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident.
